Divisional level disability competition

Commissioner Dr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava said that the disabled also have the right to live like normal people. All of us should create a positive atmosphere in the society to awaken the consciousness of the differently abled and protect their human rights with respect. He said that there is no dearth of talent, ability and skill among PwDs. There is a need to refine the hidden talent and provide a platform for them.
